Question we ask first: You want every session to stay inside your own network. Where does the gateway live, and who holds the keys?

What We Do

Remote access you host yourself, set up by people who answer the phone

Four ways we help. Pick one, or string them together.

01

Self-Hosted Remote Desktop

We deploy a Self-Hosted Remote Desktop layer on hardware you own, so staff reach their machines without routing a single session through someone else's cloud. Conditional access, session logging, the works.

02

Host Your Own Remote Server

Want full control? We help you Host Your Own Remote Server end to end — sizing, hardening, networking, and a runbook your team can actually follow without us in the room.

03

An Open Source Stack

The software we set up is 100% Open Source Remote Access — auditable code, no per-seat lock-in, and licenses you can read for yourself before a single box goes live.

04

Keep It Running

Patching, monitoring, backups, and a human to call. The unglamorous part. Which, honestly, is where most self-hosted setups quietly drift off the rails.

“They stood up our Self-Hosted Remote Desktop in under two weeks and taught us how every piece works. No black box.”

Marta Solís, IT Manager, Calderón Legal Partners

Our Approach

From rented seats to infrastructure you own

Self-hosting sounds daunting until someone draws the map. We size the hardware, pick the open source pieces worth maintaining, wire in the access your team needs, and write the runbook — so when you Host Your Own Remote Server, you are not stranded with it.

  • Step 1: we inventory what you run today.
  • Step 2: we map who needs to reach what, and from where.
  • Step 3: we recommend the open source pieces worth keeping — and what to skip.
  • Step 4: we build it, document it, and train your people.

In Their Words

What clients say after go-live

“We wanted 100% Open Source Remote Access for audit reasons. Bastión delivered exactly that, licenses and all.”

Diego Ferrer, Compliance Lead, Norte Seguros Mutua

“A Self-Hosted Remote Desktop on our own rack felt out of reach. Now it is just how we work, every day.”

Lucía Marín, Operations Director, Puerto Verde Logística

“They were upfront that self-hosting means we own the upkeep. No sugarcoating. That honesty is why we signed.”

Tomás Aguilar, Founder, Brisa Estudio Creativo

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

Do you sell remote desktop software?

No. We are a services firm. We design, deploy, and maintain a Self-Hosted Remote Desktop setup for you — on hardware you own, with software you can audit.

What does "self-hosted" really mean here?

It means the system runs on infrastructure you control. When you Host Your Own Remote Server with us, the sessions, logs, and encryption keys stay on your side, not ours.

Is the software open source?

Yes. The stack we deploy is 100% Open Source Remote Access — the licenses are public, the code is auditable, and there is no per-seat lock-in to a closed vendor.

Do we need a full-time admin to run it?

Not usually. We write runbooks and train your staff. That said — self-hosting means you own the upkeep, and we will not pretend otherwise.

What happens after I reach out?

We schedule a short scoping call, learn what you run today, and send back a written plan with options and rough pricing. No obligation.
