Acceptable use
You agree to use any configuration, runbook, or guidance we provide only on systems you own or are authorized to manage. We do not provide tools for unauthorized access to any network.
No guaranteed outcome
We bring experience and care, but we do not guarantee specific performance, uptime beyond any written SLA, or particular business results.
Third-party and open source software
We may help you evaluate or deploy open source and third-party software. Those products are governed by their own licenses, and we are not responsible for their terms or behavior.
Intellectual property
Documentation and architecture we create for you are licensed for your internal use. Our underlying methods and templates remain ours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute is subject to the courts of the city of Madrid, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
